No confusion at the helicopter division of Finmeccannica - Cat A and Cat B are certification standards and the RFM is written as part of the certification requirements.

From a practical point of view there has to be something other than a Cat A procedure for take off and landing for it is simply not possible for all types of operations to comply with it's rigid...
