Sure ? The 40% position is called "Takeoff and Approach" acc. to Beech (checklist) and FSI one would use flaps 40% for normal takeoffs...

I have, many moons ago - not pure Avgas, rather just a few liters on top of not too much A1 to meet minimum fuel required - and I was very nervous. Fortunately the PT6 didīnt care AT ALL.

A 1981 B200 with just crew on board should be 500-800 lbs below MTOW even when topped off. And...

correct and the limit is for the engine driven fuel pump only (150hrs between overhauls)
