JC25 - Learjet has it right i'm afraid - Flybe do overbook, maybe not all flights and maybe not by much.

Perhaps there's a good chance you never hear about it because it's well managed and in...

Most airlines will take the chance that not all passengers will turn up. This is more evident now given that many airlines offer no refundable tickets of any type anymore. It's probably single figure...

This was always going to be the case. EZY aren't interested in serving an island community and have very little idea of the importance of such vital transport links.

Will they be here come...

Flybe have reduced their fares to compete. I doubt this was an easy decision for them to take but is evidence that they don't intend to hand the route over to EZY.

I didn't say that EZY would be...

MUFC - BE have dropped fares in an effort to both sway the travelling public to pick their services now and to help maintain their market share should EZY come onto the route. You appear to be...

The constant Flybe bashing is becoming rather tiresome. You may be pleased to see Flybe coming under pressure but anyone who thinks EZY can make money on £9.99 tickets is living in cloud cuckoo land....

With all due respect BE have 'been there, done that' with the IOM-LCY route before. They were the first operator and the I doubt that the volume is there to necessitate a Q400 capacity service.
