The American FAA, and all American employers, do NOT stamp any licenses or logbooks. They don't even know what that means. Some airlines/CAA organizations do not realize that "stamping" is not done...

By non-expiring license, I think he means that you are current now. The FAA is the only org. I know that gives non-expiring licenses, and sometimes it is awkward on the applications...they ask...
