Its probably taken in Alaska or north Canada, there are few 214ST operated out of Barrow I think, but I know that north Greenland is just as dam cold.

took a demo flight in that GX at Heli-Expo in Florida, great machine, cant wait to do the 407GX course in Texas this winter, just started reading the G1000H manual, its whooping 450 pages :eek:

Its just the telescopic lens making it look like the 206 is inside the crater, I was good 300-400meters away from the edge of it and of course upwind with partical separator turned on all the time.

This 300C had its tailrotorblades striking the ground while in flare on a auto pratice causing the shaft to twist and disengage, then it took a 180° spin before it came to rest.
