As others have mentioned the FDR seems to have vanished ?! I for one don't think it will change much in the "big picture" here but still surprising that it has not been recovered.

Well just watched the press conference and not much news: they have the cvr but would not talk about its content, categorically refuted that anything was found about the FDR, no ACARS one way or...

Structural failure fits the accident scenario quite well but I would be really surprised by both crew being incapacitated to this extreme.
