That sounds like gas generator energy and not necessarily a significant relationship as a comparative indicator of idle propulsive thrust

But that doesn't have to go hand in hand does it?

I mean the majority of the thrust could well be in the fan speed and the fan speed doesn't always have to match a significantly high compressor...

Of course they would, It's cheaper and meets the certification requirements.,

In fact zero reversers is even better...
