Some of the worst RT I have heard (in Dublin) in recent times has been using the "Shamrock" callsign. Seems to be a lot of contractors. All you need is a TR + 500hrs and seemingly not be local!...

Hit the nail on the head my man!! You don't see AF, KLM, Lufthansa etc hiring a load of foreigners. They hire their own primarily with the odd foreigner so they can't be accused of anything untoward....
