Thanks B737900er, that is correct the V1 will not change because of the wet runway, however I have been told that other carriers are not using the wet runway and the correction for windshear together...

A B737 departing on a wet runway will have a reduced V1 due to slippery runway, if there is suspected windshear, SOPs call for an increase in VR up to the maximum runway limited weight not to exceed...
