It is simple in Australia you pay a full time employee all but 2,000 hrs per year. so if a hour rate is required $50,000 is almost $25 per hr and packing shelf at woolis 8 year ago...

That is $50 to $75 per hour per LAME - but MOST other labour charge companies charge about 3x...
