The whole thing doesnt matter abourt the sending OS.

Most "Agent" wont accept more then 10MB. Period.

and keep in mind, if the server bounces it with a limit of 10 Megabytes the video-file must be even smaller, since those 10MB refer to an encoded filesize ("base64") which will grow a 7 or 8MB video...
