I dont think that is true - for the flights Jet2 offer, why would anyone fly via a hub? They want direct flights and where they are not available from GLA, the convenience of EDI to West of Scotland...

They can also serve the West of Scotland market quite easily from EDI where they obviously had some aircraft free for these extra services.

Jet2's expansion at EDI recently has been remarkable.

The A321 Neo LR will be a fantastic 757 replacement that's for sure. Doesn't it also have a wider cabin (a big plus in my eyes).
