Skill test in UK requires medical, couple hours of flying and adopting bunch of new rules that only UK applies :) I think taking a UK skill test is the last option for now.

I'm waiting a response...

Final update

As today, Italian CAA not rejected, but suspended my skill test application because they require UK CAA approval of my UK PPL exam results.

My GS certificate (both course completion and exam results papers) are granted by CATS. As they are authorized to perform PPL exams on site, not likely as ATPL...
