I agree but I think it is the conditions that are a disgrace, days off, roster protection, start time after an RDO and the amazing overtime rate which is less than normal time.

Not really. If a pilot flys three days a week on FIFO and one or two days on an RPT run the FWC cannot see that as "same job". All this has to be tested anyway. Is a B737 pilot the same job as a A320...
