They pay for travelling time, which can be a bit unfair at times. For example, the Hawarden cab can be on a job...

Worse than that, it was over 2 or 3 months when one of the pilots was off sick with no relief/floater available, plus one of the pilots refused to cancel his leave, when again there were no reliefs...
