I would be extremely careful about trying to demonstrate leadership in the 'GROUP EXERCISE' - the clue here is in the title... they are...

22 is definitely not too old be starting flight...

22 is definitely not too old be starting flight training.... If this is something you want to do then go for it. :O I'll be 37 when I start....and I'm not the oldest on my course.
