It says on the FPP website that year 1 salary consists of £22k basic salary, £8-10k allowances and £12k per year security bond repayment.

I think I read somewhere that the security bond is repaid...

Assessment day at OAA

I have been worried about the logistics of running the OAA assessment activities all in one day.

They seem to be allocating 24 places per day and state that you will be given a personal interview...
