Appreciate all that you are saying and indeed if it was non charter a/c management I actually would expect everyone to be happy.... its the charter side that adds the pain in so many...

It appears there is a fair few of us that are pretty frustrated at the often inept and frustrating "powers that be" that are managing private aircraft either for charter or sole use..... I'm thinking...
