I have no idea, all I know is there's no fuel...

I have no idea, all I know is there's no fuel surcharge and business class on everything except SFO is considerably less than BA, especially BOS and JFK apparently.

I hope you're right regarding fares, over 500 pounds in the difference is bonkers. You couldn't put that purely down to APD.

The only UK/IRL airport getting widebodies from UA is LHR. If that changes, DUB,MAN, and EDi will get them well before NCL. SNN and BFS have daily flights with far higher LFs too.

Because the KEF routing is non ETOPS AFAIK. There's the Faroes, KEF, SFJ and a couple of others in Greenland all close enought that non ETOPS aircraft can use it.

Etops costs money. Must carry...

Both aircraft empty, a 757 weighs about 12 tonnes more than an A321. Fuel consumption reflects this, so unless the extra range or takeoff performance is needed, A321 makes more sense on most routes...
