@Jam330 i'v also heard the process had hitches back in the day but i can assure you it's a lot fairer now. Especially flight tests for us in direct entry

@Aspire-fly they deduct 140,000 from a salary of about 350,000 depending on how much you fly it can be a lot more. Don't know about the tax

Degree_Progression

@ChegeAviator having a degree does not in any way affect your career progression. They added it to the minimum requirements for ab initio simply because they are looking for older (mature) people.

Direct Entry

Any direct entry guys that have heard from kq since they confirmed we passed our medicals? I hear we dont necessarily have to do flight tests on the same day
