The fact that Dash is powered by a turbine engine doesn't make it a jet. It's more than just attaching a propeller to a regular jet engine, however I don't think that we should congest this thread...

I am wondering, why they do require JOC after all. Are they in posesion of jet version of Dash 8 ;) or this is a neat strategy to suck more money from us and to revitalize the JOC training market...
