Both are wrong. Iftc has no aoc and no aircraft. To operate as a crew in Turkey even as a student. You need to have a permission by the dgca in Turkey and by the end of this year that number is 10%....

No they do not provide any line training since they only have simulators but I think they ha e a deal with Atlas Jet. There is a 10% limit for the number of foreigners flying for a company in Turkey...
