I think the removal of IOM-LPL could be an option since it seems a little pointless now (having said that, I am unsure on how well that particular route performs for BE) and transfer a chunk if not...

Are you sure there's not like one or two? something like IOM - LPL may be something that may get chopped. BE already serve IOM - MAN at a greater frequency and now EZY serves LPL up to twice a day...

Seems odd that a once weekly flight to a summer destination would go on a Tuesday. Personally I think that AGP and FAO should fly only four a week eg. mon, wed, fri, sun and then they could do ALC...
