Indeed I would agree for Donegal folk it can be a long drive to the Belfast airports, but many of us, including those from Donegal / Derry will drive to Dublin to catch a flight

Reminds me of the time flying to EDI from BFS and had a very long wait on luggage. Then the announcement that the luggage had been sent to international arrivals!!!!!!

It could only happen in Derry!!!....shouldn't laugh but it is like a comedy show.......unload the luggage then upload the new luggage......not difficult

I'm sure there are a few red faces at LDY....

True, the loss of Palma was very bad for LDY, and also the reduction in Ryanair services to ALC and FAO. I feel the catchment area is quite small, Derry, Donegal and also BFS is just over one hour...
