No CRM as each FO-applicant is in the SIM alone with the instructor/assessor in the left seat. You depart, fly, intercept, enter and leave before raw ils. Straight fwd. And if one of them goes wrong...

Two days from assessment to the email that I was...

Two days from assessment to the email that I was in the pool and then another seven days before I was offered a base and a start date one month later.
