Fleet transfer ?!

i know some one ( 320 captain ) with more than 5 years of flying with QR and didn't get a fleet transfer , he said he was begging them for the last 2 years to go to any WB fleet ...and he also...

A320 pilots

do the a320 (pilots) fly the a321 and a319 also with QR or only fly the a320 ? anybody have an idea ? they will hire me as an F.O ( a320) fleet ... thats why im asking :) thanks
