Whoever it is, let's hope it's an airline funded one, preferably up front by the airline though an FPP/VS style loan guarantee would be better than nothing.

I believe that last year they made it clear that future schemes would be fully funded unless otherwise stated, or something to that effect. They've stated this year that they are funding living...

There is, in my opinion, a fine line between "commitment" and being taken advantage of. I can't think of any other mainstream industries where candidates have to pay specifically for a job interview...
