Unfortunately it is a fact that the more successful an airport becomes, the worse the passenger experience gets particularly at peak times. BHX is not alone in this.

Blimey, the Emirates flights averaged almost 1,900 passengers per day, every day throughout the year (950 each way). Pretty impressive.
