I would expect a 'big' recruitment drive at Jetstar NZ and Jetstar Australia in the next 6 months. Air NZ also expecting to take 150 pilots this year.

Rumours around today that a bunch of Jetstar pilots had the offer of employment today for Air NZ on the A320 and that another round of interviews scheduled in two weeks with 50 pilots needed in total...

Was just on the news that they are shutting Eagle...

Was just on the news that they are shutting Eagle by middle of 2016, they are hoping to redeploy some staff. They have also ordered and extra four 68 seat aircraft which I assume are ATR's.
