I understand your frustration but unfortunately, the DGCA syllabus contained all the topics that came up in the papers.
They were surprises in terms of the way the questions were framed but...

I heard a rumour that the exam dates will be 3 weeks from the announcement of the venues.
I have not seen any statement to this effect in any of the notices about the October...

Same here It shows status as applied when I try...

Same here
It shows status as applied when I try the temp id in the application status section.
But when I enter the same id in the print application section it says please enter a valid temp id.
...
