I think they are still giving out duchess...

I think they are still giving out duchess endorsement. There are so many issued this month only if search for approved licenses.

I agree, it may backfire as well if we go to press at this point. Since DGCA can claim that its on their website under a CAR to consider conversion only on registered a/c.

Have we got any updates or any more recent instances of refusal to issue endorsement on duchess?
I am almost ready to submit my papers for conversion but kept it on hold because of this news....
