Min hours

Why would the gov't care how many hours one has when they go to Australia for training? Wouldn't it only matter how many hours they have when they finish and go to Hong Kong to work? I would think...

You'll be based in HK until you're senior enough to take a slot in your home country/region assuming a slot opens up there. Expect to be in HK for a LONG time, from what I have been told
