Well both offers suck Susan. But the CTC initially and after one year you can call yourself a SO at EZY as a experienced guy sucks total balls.

You get paid during training also on days that you are standby. The wage is then 3,5 times your hourly rate.

The difference with the old flexi contract is that SS and taxes are handled by CTC so...
