It used to take them around 2 weeks to get in touch with you with initial test earlier in Sept, however I think its approaching the end of the DA15 intake so it might take longer as they are busy...

Please refer to the cadet requirement in Dragonair's website, it clearly stated that all applicants must hold a valid Permanent Hong Kong ID Card, so I guess the answer for you is no.:ugh:
