Just keep checking the website, they update it...

Just keep checking the website, they update it every couple of weeks with new dates. I don't think it makes any difference how many people apply online, they seem to do almost monthly ODs.

Flying hours

My friend who works for Qatar says that he used to get 90-100 flying hours but recently it has fallen to around 70-80, however he thinks that will probably increase again as more destinations open...
