Today (7th September 2007) saw the last of the 3 BSP S-61s depart Anduki airfield (WBAK) for the last time, following the other 2 leaving yesterday, after 40 years of continuous accident free...

yes it is certified (see the S-92 thread) and no it wasn't a failure per se; the aircraft was just waiting for the RIPS software to be installed.

CY, I think it's a coincidence! Unless your codes all start with 0 or 00 then most codes could be a birth date, even the emergency ones (7700, 7600 etc).
