Stand availability seems tight overnight. During the day there are throughs but I think more based aircraft at the moment would be hard unless carriers agree to do more bussing on a daily basis....

That's what happened S14 as well though, I don't think it was officially written down but the standard ops hours was 0630-1030 and 1300-2000 dual ops, weekends slightly less hours with Sat 0630-1030...
