You wouldn't be qualified, and that is my point. It is not an apprenticeship if you need already be qualified. I can't apply for this because I haven't got the professional qualifications...

Basically, you pay 100k to start an 18 month apprenticeship in a completely different discipline, on an 'apprenticeship' wage presumably. Government apprenticeship to help fund the looming shortage...
