AI needs pilots ..IC no because line captains in IC are getting an avg of 55 hrs/month as against 90 hrs/month before all this...

To be honest don't have a reliable input about Jet's current bench strength....last one i knew was of 35(jan 2010)... till then i guess few might have gone for 737 rating and subsequently got bombed...

Brother they are calling guys who gave there 2008 tests....but those called now were declared pass in result and put on wait list...so you are lucky one.;)
