changing the settings in Options doesn't work but the TRUNCFIX extension DOES work

That's going to save me a bucket load of time

Mozilla strips file extentions from downloads

Not all sites but some I use a lot at work - you download it and it comes down OK with the file name - but no extensions such as .pdf. .docx etc etc - so I either rename it or have to "OPEN WITH"...
