yeah but Riveroak can still build 10,000 houses there when the reopened airport goes bust - a few million quid spent on reopening it is just a deductable cost to these sort of companies.................

Manston just doesn't have the catchment area to succeed - the nearest town of any size is Maidstone and that is almost as close to LGW as Manston

The area around Manston isn't exactly booming...
