My story concludes with the 2 controllers never making it to the trial. One committed suicide the other died in car accident on the way to inquest, both a bit mysterious.

The cpt should be ready but if your sitting there thinking the other guy is visual or handling...

Indonesian govt where about to relax the 250 hrs on type rule to allow Lion air to employ less experience ( pay to Fly) pilots . Think it may cost Lion air even more now to make that happen .
