Saw that but point still stands, what was wrong with their 1;250,000 Map? from what I can see from the report, nothing as it had the correct spot height for Blackrock!

No NVGs and now it appears they were equipped...

No NVGs and now it appears they were equipped with PLBs that required manual activation rather than Saltwater! my guess this all comes down to COST:mad::mad:

Guys suggesting casualty on the fishing vessel had a minor hand injury, not life or Death! If true, serious questions have to be asked as to why two helicopters were launched at night in poor weather...
