What Stage have you got to? If they're asking you for confirmation of results I'm guessing stage 3 (or through?). If I were you I'd call HR and tell them what your result for English Language...

On the NATS Careers website it states you need 5 GCSE Grade C or above including English and Maths. I would presume it means English Language rather than Literature.
