AsA will not (at this time, neither forseen in the future) sponsor for PR. If you, I, get PR, they might offer permanent employment. There are visas that require being sponsored and other that don't....

The SHL practice tests are all you'll need. I only did them and googled for some more free tests and it worked fine.The actual tests are probably not as hard as the practice ones. Good luck.
