Ah; fair point. Presume the £1Bn:eek: included at least a few miles of a new IOM-style 'A' road, but the TT hmmm, that would have been an issue.

What ? That almost matches the bar takings for a busy saturday. More likely could buy the whole island for that amount. Jurbey sounds (looks & smells) ideal for that: flat and clear and Ramsey...
