Fair enough. Haven't used flaps 2 for takeoff yet, but it might be possible. We only have SFP aircraft and 25 is rather rare for us (Las Palmas comes to mind) so i didn't know if it was available to...

Standard flaps depends on your operation, in ours it is 1, not 5. Usable flap settings are indeed 1, 5, 10, 15, 25. The latter one as far as i know only on the short field performance kit equipped...
