Validity of tests

If the second class starts later than Nov or Dec then wouldn't some of the tests that the applicants have taken already have expired? I remember that the tests have certain validity periods right?...

The results are not even out yet and they said in the orientation 4 months ago that classes were supposed to start in January.

If there will really be 3 classes and if the first class starts...

I called the Av School office recently and they told me that the rankings will be out in a couple of weeks, maybe 2 or 3.
