Then as the guys get more senior give them commands and roster them blank lines to keep the SO and FO pay rates down.

Ixixly that's based on like for like. If you replaced JQ guys with QF guys on QF conditions. IE 737 and 330 rates. This came from a senior manager down the line.

No I didn't say 50 million for the 787, I meant on a like for like basis. Meaning if you substituted all the pilots in Jetstar for Qantas pilots it would cost an extra 50 million

Strategically qantas are better off to set jetstar adrift as it's own entity, listed separately on...
