Please read the report. ATC did no such thing, they only observed the aircraft going around and issued an altitude clearance (not that doing so at that stage was a terribly good idea...).

NO. The report clearly states that this happened on impact with runway, FOLLOWING the initial touch down, which to the cabin crew appeared to be a normal landing.

Reading the report it apears that BOTH recent accidents of UAE registered aircraft may be attributed to an experienced crew failing to revert to basic airmanship during a normal go-around situation....
